How tuition works

What sets tuition

Tuition depends on your child's age group, the days you choose and how many days a week your child comes. Chiaki goes through the figures with you in writing at your tour.

Registration

A one-time registration opens your child's file and comes with the application. We tell you what it covers before you apply.

Holding a place

When a place is yours, a payment holds it until the first day and goes toward your first month. If the room is full, you join the waitlist, and offers go out in the order families joined.

Billing

Tuition is billed monthly, by autopay or at the front desk, and you get a statement each month.

Withdrawing

We ask for two weeks' notice in writing before your child leaves, and we talk through what happens to the month in progress.
